So, to summarise:

I think it can work for some.

Not for everyone.

I think for now it’s still a niche play.

Not having decent infra right there, is a serious downside.

What about:

  • Schools

  • Hospitals

  • Buying stuff

IMO as an idea needs more time and iteration. It’s still too early.

But for people with no kids, prioritising a certain “organic” / rural way of life, it could be time already.
