If you follow me on X, you’ll have noticed that I’ve been documenting my trip to Cyprus over there, with both videos and text.

Food offer can be a little bit limited in some areas (like few places with high quality croissants), but all in all there’s enough great gems throughout the city to make it work well.

People are friendly:

Cyprus is quite good for this kinda life (especially if you want it year-round):

Healthcare + schools (probably go private):

I was ready to start spending more time there.

And potentially maybe even making it my main base.

Then…

Being in Cyprus, which is quite nearby the heated area, I felt a bit uneasy.

Thought of keeping CH as a base for the foreseeable future.

Decided to leave early, to avoid disruptions.

Ended up in an evacuated airport because of a drone

Turned the drama to engagement:
