The Balkans in general are interesting.
Last but not least
These are really good numbers.
In the past, I invested in real estate in Portugal but then got out of it, also because it was too annoying having to manage it while living in Switzerland.
But if you’re already living in Croatia… Then it could become a super side hustle.
And, if you go there as a business owner, you would already have an optimised company structure to handle the real estate from (in addition to doing it as a private individual too, if you want).
This adds to the appeal/opportunity IMO.
So, maybe, there’s some nice opportunity there.
